Well I wanted to got on a 5 mile bike ride but im not going to since my back is so sore, i was hoping to have it feel better today but it dont. My back has been bothering me for a week now and i dont have the money to go to the chiropractor which sucks. So I did a few laps in my drive way we have a big drive way so thats nice its the first time ive been on that bike since middle school lol yup i have my middle school bike still its the only bike i have since my ex sold my bike i bought 2 years ago that dumbass errr I think i will always be a little pissed about that. maybe I will see if a friend will go on a walk with me its so nice out to pass up a walk maybe i will go on one right now i really need to start working out more ive been doing good on eating better now comes the working out part.

went on a 2 mile walk yesterday, it was such a nice day really missed walking, I think I found someone to walk with me. I like walking with someone else it makes the walk much better. no pop still its been about 24 days! I got my old bike out too so should start biking in a few days. I wish I had my bike that my ex just sold though. I need to look for a nother proflex bike but they dont make them anymore and there kinda pricey.

12 days no soda! yay for me. that will help me loose weight i quit soda for over a year once it was pretty nice. havent done much for working out yet but still eating better which is good.
